I’m currently going through a break up and haven’t been able to sleep eat or stop having panic attacks for almost 3 days now. I don’t know what to do to calm down, I don’t have any medication and my insurance hasn’t given me access to a therapist. I feel like I’m losing my mind and have no idea what to do. Please give any recommendations I am beyond lost.

      Hello there, I used to have constant panic attacks. One of the ways u can use to calm down is one melatonin to relax you. Another thing is u can try is eat. Whether it is yogurt or smoothies. The panic attacks are made worse w/out eating.
