I don't know how to cope with these daily panic attacks any more... it's making me exhausted.

      Exercise works...or cleaning something like your room, the car, give your dog a bath. Deep breathing through your nose is good too. Sometimes its hard, but with practice it really can help. Also for me if I've had an attack at night...going out to sit in the cold air works. Even better if its really cold. It distracts my mind.

      I personally take klonopin …but if I fell the panic starts I try to distract myself with walking, music , my dog … I am trying not to get to that point to need medication
