I need some advice because i’m really panicking. Last night I was fine just on my phone and I got up to go to the bathroom and was just looking around. All of a sudden the bathroom didn’t look familiar, so I went back to my bedroom and nothing looked familiar no matter how hard I tried to get it to I couldn’t even though I knew where i was. I woke up and it still looks off and I don’t feel like i’m even in my own body and I don’t know what’s going on all while i’m having covid

See if talking to a friend or loved one helps. It should pass, but I've found other humans help me ground myself in reality better.

@Erai so far nothing is helping it’s scaring me
It's the covid.. it's very disorientating. I found that it affected me on an emotional and mental level as well.. brain function.. idk it was horrible. It'll get better. 🤗
@Lady_Dreadful I had it really mildly for a day or so but it was mainly when my fever was up. This is actually like worse than what it was and it’s so odd to explain. I keep trying to find ways to make it go away
