anyone been dealing with an overwhelming amount of intrusive thoughts lately? like maybe it’s the weather but i’m not sure. i think i’ve developed relationship ocd on top of my original diagnosis of ocd, im communicating with my partner about it but i’m not sure what else to do? any tips on how to help?
