Struggling with my recent OCD diagnosis

for me, the most helpful thing was knowing that my diagnosis doesn’t define me, and it doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with me, just something about ourselves we’re learning to properly deal with!

Find people to support you and uplift you. I think understanding my triggers helped as well. I recently started CBT, which has been helping me reevaluate my thoughts. Please be patient with this learning process. This is a great opportunity to learn about yourself and your needs with others.
