good afternoon, i have severe ocd, the psychotic thoughts are very strong now, i don't know anyone else with ocd, anyone who wants to talk to share how they have dealt with their ocd would be very cool and helpful

I have OCD too with intrusive thoughts every day of my life and also health anxiety. I'm taking sertraline which helps a bit, but still is not the solution.
