Yes, the Spravato has been helping me a lot, particularly with my mood and my motivation levels. It doesn’t seem to help with anxiety or PTSD, so I still struggle a lot mentally. But having some of the depression symptoms decrease in severity has been amazing! Everything works differently for each person so I can’t promise you’d have the same experience, but I’d say it’s worth discussing with your doctor for sure! Hang in there. 🤗 Sending hugs!
