I've been struggling with depression for most of my life. My autism and ADHD make it a lot worse because I get behind on things and it really puts me down. I've been taking a new medication and it's really helping. I had to up the dose because this is my first time ever taking medication for this, and we wanted to start at the smallest dose possible. I'm just so glad I feel better. it's been a really rough many many years dealing with this. it's such a relief that I can take a break from it, as long as I'm taking my meds.
