I was on various medication for my depression. It worked I guess, but it took away some of my personality so I quit. The only medication that actively helps me is my adhd medication. All other medication I’ve tried just made me more irritable and sad in the long run. However that doesn’t mean that medication won’t help you. Everyone is different and we all react differently to medication. So maybe give it a try.

I’m currently non-medicated and have been ever since I was a lab rat. I personally don’t trust pills
