Debilitating Pain in My Ring Finger: Could it be Raynaud's Syndrome?

Hi ! My pcp thinks I have raynauds syndrome . My one ring left finger tip and mail is very tender and sore to touch . When the pain in my ring finger flares up from cold environments like in my apartments or in early cold mornings while I drive my daughter to school my finger hurts so bad it’s a intense throbbing pain the pain gets worse if I touch it to massage pain doesn’t work what only helps pain is very warm water and when it’s hot out my hands get white with red blotches on my hands and it hurts a lot and the pain in my finger is disturbing my life and I try to ignore it but it’s happening a lot while go daily things and lasts for a couple minutes but it’s horrible pain in my ring tip finger 😣
