Dealing with Vertigo and Anxiety: How to Cope

okay so back in July I had a really bad vertigo spell that lasted just under 6 hours or so and they think it was due to allergies, cool. that's solvable, but now how to I keep away the anxiety and fear I had that the room was spinning even with my eyes closed, if that makes sense (yes that's how bad it was for me) It also didn't help I was all by myself. I had no one to help me. I have a feeling anxiety aggravated it more but how do I make sure that doesn't happen again and reason with myself that I am on top of it? I should also mention it happened every year or so around the same month for the past 3 years. how do I keep my anxiety and fear of that away?

Sorry, I have no advice to help with this vertigo, but I can recommend treating your anxiety through behavioral therapy, I'm sure it reduces the panic around that episodes.
