I have had constant pain in my fingers and toes for two weeks. Is anyone else in constant pain from Raynaud’s?

Hi! It's usually only painful when they are white for a long time

When mine are really numb and white is when I have the pain.

Same, when they are white/gray it’s very painful but the pain usually subsides once color has returned for a while 🙏📿💛 holding you all in healing xo

I experience a lot of burning in my toes and aching in my fingers, it's gotten to the point that my toes are purple or red most of the time and my fingers are purple or white.

I too have dealt with Raynaud’s for about 25 years. It can hurt! snd be a bit scary when your whole hand turns white then purple. I deal with Raynaud’s both winter and summer. Several years ago my dermatologist shot Botox in all the ends of my fingers and toes. That helped clear the Raynaud’s for two years but it came back. I do out nitroglycerin cream on fingers to keep blood vessels open during the winter. I have gloves everywhere too!!

Can anyone recommend some good warming gloves or regular gloves? Also, I don’t know if this will make sense… But sometimes when I wear gloves my fingers get more freezing. I’m wondering if it’s the compression.

When it's winter I almost always have some type of ache or pain related to reynauds. My nose constantly tingles and itches in the winter.
