    Going for a walk to the park, listening to music, watching my favorite YouTube videos, drawing, laying down and relaxing

      walking and watching videos yeah that does help but for walking it rains a lot where i’m from which kinda sucks, for some reason music does not work on me like it does with others its kinda weird and i’m not an artist i dont draw that much so drawing might just stress myself out even more lol but i’m just looking for new ways to clear my mind you know? but thank you for the ideas :) i appreciate you taking the time to write this.

        try aroma therapy with essential oils, it works great for me. Lavender essential oil sounds good for you
