started splitting on my fp today because he started being unnecessarily mean in a “teasing way” even though it was still very hurtful. very proud of myself for stepping back and evaluating my strong feelings before confronting them about how i felt. they apologized and hope to do better in the future. thank Goodness i didn’t explode on them.
