I promise you are not a monster. You have BPD. That means bad things happened to an innocent child and now you're left to pick up the pieces. Be gentle with yourself. You are doing the best you can. If you didn't care, you wouldn't post. And caring is the first step towards starting to heal. You are on the right track. Don't give up.
