I have an eating disorder that has been in remission for several years. However, it’s been difficult to try to eat better and exercise more, because when I do, it starts to come out of hiding. I’m only trying to make small changes, like go for walks and eat less junk food. Any ideas?

I’ve learned that with this it may be best to ease yourself into it and reward yourself. my best friend and I set up a reward system for myself when i eat a certain amount of my meal i get a reward and the more i eat the better the reward. you could do the same for walks
