So for the past year I've had a big problem with eating I've never been afraid of food just eating I'm always afraid someone is gonna get mad at me or yell at me and because of it my diet has been completely messed up I celebrated eating 2 small chicken strips and 5 fries I counted! I literally counted so that I could be happy with myself I feel like I should be doing better I've been working on it

To my non doctor self that sounds like an eating disorder or social anxiety but ik I have the same thing a lot of times. I've always been fat, told by doctors to go on different diets since like age 8. It's taken lots of learning and acceptance and while everyone is different you should just get to the point where YOU are happy with YOURSELF
