Recently I’ve been experiencing issues with eating and my mental health. I have anorexia and I have been starting to get back into going back to the gym but I feel very insecure and terrible about my body again. I feel like I am close to hitting a relapse and I am not sure. Does anyone have any tips to make eating easier and what food groups would be better?

      Eat whatever you want tbh, find a food you love and eat it. But also if you just want to eat healthier I'm taking cooking courses including nutrition so hit me up if that's what you're interested in!
