Do you guys think yoga can help with my anxiety. I cry all the time and have a meltdown whenever anyr affects my emotions be it good or bad. I've been doing breathing during them but then I have a migraine once I'm calm. Too much crying I guess.

      Yes I also have a anxiety disorder that is affected by my thyroid and yoga and doing exercises helps me feel less anxious and more relaxed. You can also talk to your doctor about your anxiety for help
