I really appreciate your kind words and advice. I have been hearing about meditation lately I think I'm going to give it a try. Thank you š¤
one thing about crying i realizedā¦let it out. no matter how much, sometimes we need to cry it out. i believe āstopping our tearsā is such a myth. this also sometimes helps me get rid of nervousnessā¦ but those days when the anxiety is uncontrollable, i meditate every 4 hours or more if needed because for me personally, meditation provided temporary relief from anxiety until itās back again and then i do the meditation routine againā¦ i hope this helps
