    I do yoga, focusing on strengthening my back. I have it on T12-L3. Acupuncture, chiropractor, and massage therqpy has helped but that gets expensive since my insurance doesn't cover it. A heating pad is a must.

    Also Glucosamine Chondrointin is pretty incredible at managing DDD pain because it actually replaces the fluid lost through age. Osteo Bi-Flex is one brand but Spring Valley and Equate also sell it. This works better for me than traditional pain pills.
