I get UTI’s quite often.
Urinary Tract infection
same here! i get UTI once a month for around a year and a half now.
What do you do? Do you go to the doctor and then get antibiotics that do not work?! That is what happens to me all the time
sorry for late reply i barely check the app. i just see my primary dr. if it lasts more than 2 weeks or if its excruciatingly painful (eg. shaking pain, unable to function normally, just feel sick / bad in general) otherwise i just drink a boatload of water and just hope i survive lol
Probiotics help out a lot, the reason the infections come back is because of the antibiotics clearing out the good bacteria to fight off future infections. Take womens health probiotics to replenish the good bacteria❤️ also cranberry extract is supposed to make your urinary tract more slippery so the bad bacteria can’t cling on inside to develop! Hope that helps🥺
Check out uqora!!! It’s the only thing that has helped me. It’s my saving grace
Omg I seem to get them all the time. Bladder cramping and spasms
I have found that using honeypot which is a vaginal soap that replaces the oh balance has really helped me from getting them. I also take cranberry vitamins daily as well as culturell probiotics.
replaces the ph balance!
