      I have found that using honeypot which is a vaginal soap that replaces the oh balance has really helped me from getting them. I also take cranberry vitamins daily as well as culturell probiotics.

      Probiotics help out a lot, the reason the infections come back is because of the antibiotics clearing out the good bacteria to fight off future infections. Take womens health probiotics to replenish the good bacteria❤️ also cranberry extract is supposed to make your urinary tract more slippery so the bad bacteria can’t cling on inside to develop! Hope that helps🥺

      What do you do? Do you go to the doctor and then get antibiotics that do not work?! That is what happens to me all the time

        @Gnomey sorry for late reply i barely check the app. i just see my primary dr. if it lasts more than 2 weeks or if its excruciatingly painful (eg. shaking pain, unable to function normally, just feel sick / bad in general) otherwise i just drink a boatload of water and just hope i survive lol
