Have you looked into your kidneys? Make sure they're functioning properly

Girl I can’t help you! I have the same issue! Drink cranberry juice. You know wipe front to back. Use D manoose. Drink a lot of water. Cystex Urinary Health Maintenance Cranberry Prebiotic for UTI Protection – 7.6 oz Bottle. Cranberry pills. The azo products are the best to use I think. I have a blockage in my kidneys. I get them a lot. I’m in macrobid everyday so I don’t get any more.

25 female here, I see a urologist. I experience utis after sexual acts with male or female partners, every time without fail. She has me on a low does “emergency” antibiotic for whenever I am sexually active. It works pretty well. I also go the holistic approach and I take an aloe supplement for internal swelling, and vitamin c (100mg) and d-mannose (1000mg) to help as well. They do sell products that are a combo of vitamin c and d-mannose. My doctor has also expressed to me that the anxiety I have towards it is making my bladder nervous. So I try my best to relax and not think about it as much as I can. I also found out through doctors that constipation and other intestinal issues could have a major role in UTIs.
