‘Uqora’ products have completely changed my life! D-mannose powder in water every other day or after intercourse, and the daily Uqora regiment has kept me from getting UTIs for almost 3 years (one in 2+ years when before it was almost every other month or more). There is also a Facebook support group! Always here to answer questions

For symptoms over the counter AZO helps with pain, just make sure you don’t take it longer than the two day recommendation! it’s supposed to help hold you over until the antibiotics kick in to clear it out

oh wow! I didn't know you were only supposed to take it for 2 days. My urologist had me take it for 4 🫤.... I've incorporated probiotics into my diet per Drs orders and also take Azo for pain but I will add cranberry as well. Thank you!

Hi! Probiotics are super helpful! A lot of the time when taking antibiotics they actually cause the infections to come back easier because the meds are wiping out the good bacteria too! Hence the yeast infections, BV, digestive issues, etc. i usually take the probiotics in the middle of the day once a day 2 days after the start of the antibiotics, that way the antibiotics have time to do it’s job but your also replenishing that good bacteria too before other infections develop. Try incorporating probiotics and cranberry extract into your daily supplement intake. It’s been helping me out the past few months immensely.
