Hi, I’m Amelia. I was diagnosed with endometriosis almost 2 years ago and have had 2 surgeries, one for ablation and very recently a partial hysterectomy where I lost my Uterus, Fallopian tubes, and cervix but kept my ovaries. I had a fairly large endometrioma on my right ovary and am glad it’s gone, it was excruciating. I’m working on recovering after surgery and it’s been a very very painful process so far. I struggle to even roll over in bed :(
As far as pain - I’ve found marijuana to be super helpful with my endo relief. I used it way more than the narcotics after my endo excision. Unfortunately the excision didn’t really help my endo but other remedies like vaginal Valium and the Jovi patch have been super beneficial for me
