Dealing with Endometriosis and Fertility Issues

hey, new to Alike. I have chronic migraines, reflux issues, and I'm awaiting and adhd assessment. my main issue is my endometriosis. I recently (3weeks ago) had a laproscopy, which found out that I have severe scarring, I need a further surgery to remove it from my bowel. they did manage to remove two endometriomas (6.5cm and 4cm) and they also unstuck my ovaries, tubes and uterus from the lining. I'm still experiencing bladder and bowl pain and completely missed a period. it would just be nice to speak to someone or several people about it. I've been wanting children for a very long time and nothing has happened for me yet. any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏 ❤️

I had similar issues. I was finally able to conceive, too. After I finally gave up on having a second child, I began working out like crazy, and eventually became pregnant. Only had 1 tube, too. I’m not sure if it was me letting go of the stress of getting pregnant or working on myself or both.
