How do you manage your weight on PCOS? I have the biggest sweet tooth and am always tired so it’s hard for me to stay motivated

      I love sweets so much. I try to eat frozen berries with dark chocolate chips instead of things like m&ms or other little candies you would typically grab in handfuls. If i want ice cream i’ll blend fruit with lactose free milk and eat it with a spoon. I know fruit and dark chocolate doesn’t always quite hit the spot but a lot of the time I can curb the cravings that way.

      I'm in the same boat. I tried Metformin but it made me sick. I try to buy savory food instead of sweet. If the cravings are really bad I only allow myself to order the sweets through a food delivery app so I can see the cost of my sweet tooth and reevaluate if I need it or not. I hope this helps!
