Seeking advice on this as well. Been struggling for a few months now and I'm not sure what steps to take next.

I also have this problem, losing weight with pcos is a challenge! I have been told that a low carb & high protein diet works well. Exercise including weights. Also gluten free and lactose free is supposed to help too, however I find this difficult to stick too. Swimming might be a good option too.

The most common barrier with losing weight with PCOS is insulin resistance. This means that you have too much insulin circling in your body, and if it isn't used up, it just turns to fat. If you can reduce the amount of spikes of insulin, this helps. Try to avoid snacking between meals, avoid sweeteners and sugary drinks, and consider intermittent fasting. If you're still having trouble, ask your doctor about metformin. It's a sugar reducing medicine that is particularly good for PCOS. Good luck đź’•
