    Spearmint helps me a little bit , I like using fresh leaves and making a tea to sip on

    Magnesium supplements help with comfort and aid sleep, chamomile and peppermint are great for spasms/relaxation. Ginger is helpful for nausea. If you experience reflux or have had ulcers peppermint/other mint or menthol botanicals will exacerbate issues.
