I'm curious do any of you try herbal stuff to treat your symptoms? If so what have you tried and for what?

I drink ginger, mint, lavender, or chamomile teas to help with headaches, nausea, and gas. I also found these drops (like cough drops/lozenges) from UpSpring that have helped a lot with nausea, gas, and upset stomach. Those come in a mint flavor and a honey lemon flavor and they have ginger, lemon, spearmint, and vitamin B6. I also use peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils for headaches sometimes. Those are also great when I'm having a lot of trouble breathing.

Vitamin B12 really helps with nausea, mint can help with gassiness, thc for tension headaches and migraines (I prefer dark chocolate edibles, tea, or soup), turmeric with black pepper for joints ( be careful with tumeric if you're anemic, it naturally lowers your iron levels), and grapefruit for blood pressure (if you're on other perscribed meds be careful with this one because it can make your BP too low).
