Only anti anxiety meds help me. But if you canā€™t take those listen to an anxiety attack meditation, itā€™s really helped me

mint gum. I had a phobia of getting sick and anxiety for a long time, and mint gum helped so much when anxiety would make me feel sick

Oh same, I also feel like throwing up. Thereā€™s this one position that helps. So you sit down like if you were sitting on a chair, and you put ur head down between your legs.

Smelling Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) scientifically prevents you from nausea and vomiting. But peppermint flavors also help, like putting peppermint oil in a cotton mound and bringing it close to your nose. I like to keep mint gum on me for the same reason.

Probably not helpful but I just throw up to get it over with. I have reflux anyway so if Iā€™m nauseous my body reacts and I just decide itā€™s better to let that feeling go.

Hi! Have you tried asking your doctor for dissolvable zofran? I take it for my nausea due to my gastroparesis and it helps a lot! Another option is ginger candy Iā€™ve tried A LOT of them and the brand that really works for me is called tummy drops! You can get them on Amazon and they work really well for nausea

Relaxing videos or relaxing music and breathing exercises always helps me. Also, going for a walk where thereā€™s no people around is usually rather helpful as well. Sending love šŸ’•

I know the feeling well, my anxiety attacks make me feel SO sick. Iā€™ve found the things that most help me are mostly scent-based: -Going outside and getting fresh air; though that doesnā€™t work as well if itā€™s warm out. -Smelling hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol -Smelling some essential oils, though Iā€™m really picky about those- citrus smells like orange tend to help me the most!

Iā€™ve read about using pressure points to help with nausea. Thereā€™s a spot on my upper arm that press to help with this feeling. Maybe research that?

Propranolol really helps me with those physical symptoms of anxiety. You should ask a doctor about it. It was life changing for me
