Seriously - take deep breaths. Lay down on the floor if you can. Bubbly water or club soda, Pedialyte is another great suggestion.

Lemon flavored Ginger chews from Prince of Peace helps me tremendously when Rx Zofran doesn’t. Also, sitting in front of cool fan or A/C, or sniffing menthol like “Stop Pain” (Roll on pain reliever). Hope this helps. ❤️

Nytol (diphenhydramine) travel sickness tablets (scoline or something spelt like that) sniffing on alcohol swabs or gel or something. Wee bit of toast.

Make sure to drink plenty of water, and try to distract yourself. Peppermint tea and chamomile tea are both known to help with nausea and relaxing the digestive muscles and tract. I hope your nausea goes away! ❤️
