I have found starting with a calorie defecit worked for me. I would make a doctor's appointment also because your symptoms of exhaustion could be caused by a slew if medical stuff. On days that I simply don't want to, or feel I can't, I close my eyes and tell myself to be where I want, it starts today. Do you have a family member or friend that could take a walk with you, or simply do a check in? I am ready for bed as soon as I wake up, so I got into pre work out powder to help give me a little pep in my step. It's not for everyone though.
I've been getting regular check ups with my PCP and diabetes Dr. We just got a Siberian husky about 2 months ago and I try to walk her 1-2 times a day. If I'm not feeling like walking around the neighborhood. We have 1 acre of land and I walk her along the outside edges of our property. When school was in session I would stop at Walmart after dropping off the kids and walk around the outside isles of the store several times
