I think portion sizing and healthy eating are the way to go. I can't really exercise and I lost 60lbs this year just by cooking for myself. Just don't try too hard to make yourself do more than your body can handle.

I eat one meal a day, a few snacks and that's it most days but I still cannot lose weight. I feel so sick in the mornings/early afternoon and often don't feel like eating a meal until 5-6pm ish 😖

thank you, I feel the same. The sickly feeling when you know you have to eat but can’t 😥xx

Eat later... it's okay. I start eating about 2pm most days. Just do what you can do

I wish I knew! I’m struggling with this too. I have pain that stops me doing a lot of activities and fatigue that wipes me out so I can’t do much of anything. It’s worse some days than others and I want to start off trying to do a little bit of walking when I can, and try and do some stretching everyday. Little at a time is my goal. And not over doing it on the days I feel ok!
