Struggling with Fatigue and Lack of Motivation

I have been tired most of my adult life. I sleep and feel like I don't sleep. I want to lose weight and exercise, but I lack motivation when I am tired Ideas?

I started using a trainer because I didn't want to do anything to hurt myself. I had a time and an accountability partner. Even if you do 2 minutes, that is a victory. It gets easier and I feel better when I exercise. Good luck.

The first step is always the hardest. I like to set 5min goals for myself to start a habit. It also be be helpful to talk to someone about your concerns. Whether it be with a friend, stranger, or professional. It could be an issue with your hormones or another bodily function.

Do one more thing or step than the day before. I started by walking a short distance but then added some daily about 2 months ago. I'm up to about 1.5 miles today. I started at like 100 ft.
