Depression seems to affect one’s physical health and mental deterioration as well if you don’t do anything about it, are there any alternative solutions or therapy besides meds?

I believe it becomes an issue when you start thinking about really wanting to die. It’s very serious when you start making an elaborate plan. I’m trying to pull myself out of this struggle… it’s been really difficult.
@Tanahtso I get it, and it is rough. And I hope eventually the only pain you deal with is champagne 🍾
I have a full plan for how to end it if im terminally ill. I spent 6 months on it. It involves bears, tranq guns, a live audience, and broken hearts. In other words, i think its natural for anyone to ponder the end. I wouldnt call it a problem unless youre actively planning to end it all.
@forbiddenpoet oh my way seems so much easier 😅 I have two ways and they are pretty simple and full proof
Oh man I get stuck thinking the same sometimes and obsess but gradually goes away
@nelodust well … it’s been 15 years for me
