has anyone else experienced suicidal thoughts, ideations, and tendencies for so many years, that even when you’re doing better than you were, you slip back into it so easily? i used to have “i want to die” as almost a constant mantra in my head, and oftentimes when i’m having a bad day or something happens, that one thought is so much bigger than anything else. i know that i currently don’t want to die, but it’s all i can think see or hear thankfully my best friend and roommate is home from work so i am using my safety plan

Yep, I feel the same way too but I'm not suicidal tho' just very sensitive right now which could lead to those thought...but I'll get help before that ever happens.🙏

Yes!
Yes, it really is. It never seems to go away.
I completely understand! I spent all of 2022 in mental hospitals because I kept feeling suicidal. Now, it's 2023 and here I am depressed again and feeling like I wanna die but not necessarily actually ending it.
