Congrats on your milestone! 🌸 After my treatment, I got really into gardening. It's peaceful and keeps me in the moment, helps fend off anxiety and stuff

Way to go on 2 years! 🌟 Post-treatment life is weird, right? My mind was all over the place. There’s a bunch of apps that can guide you through it
Congratulations on being 2 years off treatment! i'm guessing anxiety or depression?

Congratulations! It's a significant milestone. In terms of mental health, i know that it’s common for cancer survivors to experience anxiety or depression

I'm very happy to hear that and I'm sorry about that . Hopefully it gets better. And yes chemo brain is bad😥. Me too, all these pain and are worth it in the long run

Hi I'm also around the same time frame as you I'm 2.5 years out of treatment for ALL. Did you need a transplant? So far I've gone the "chemo only" route... to answer your question I believe I have anxiety and ptsd from everything. My kids keep me positive and motivated though. Mindfulness and breathing exercises help me ❤️ much love to you and I'm here to chat
@Mantis I didn't need a transplant thankfully and same I only had chemotherapy. Thank you for sharing makes me feel less alone . I too feel like I am battling anxiety and my minds all over the place? Do you still experience brain fog or do tinglings in your hands and feels sometimes?

@Superbatcorp yes finding you makes me feel less alone too! 💕 hate we have to meet this way but it's definitely comforting. So the neuropathy tingling is actually getting better in my hands but my feet still feel weird (not as bad as before but I still feel it) so much so that I've taken a few falls because I've lost my balance. Hoping that resolves once I'm done with treatment. Oh and the brain fog. It's definitely chemo brain and mom brain because I'm all over the place! Just thankful to be here though 🙏
