Hi to any of my extremely anxious, ptsd, or bipolar friends. I’m feeling very alone and like there isn’t anyone else who understands my struggles. I have been having severe panic attacks. Any advice or people also struggling? I’m thankful for my boyfriend but I can see how much he is worried for me. I had one so bad I thought I was going to die. I couldn’t feel my arms or legs. I have just been so anxious lately.

I wish there was a specific reason. I just can’t shake that I don’t feel safe or belong anywhere. Everyone just seems so distance when they aren’t.

@Bella.ella wow I have definitely felt like that, I had that feeling at my job, college and with my family. I quit my job and slowly started making friends, doing my homework and getting good grades gave me better confidence to know I belonged. I don't talk to my family as much now and I feel so much better. Sometimes is is specific people or places that are emotionally upsetting that don't seem that way at first, take a second look at the people around you and thr places you go. Let me know if this helps 🤗
