Looking for Others with Panic Disorder

I have panic disorder and have always wanted to meet other people like me, people with the same struggle. I have had panic disorder for 28 years. I feel very alone right now.

I have it too. Can be very disruptive in my everyday life. It’s been since 2008 for me. I suffer with anxiety daily. You’re not alone. Many people understand how you feel. I found comfort knowing that others could relate and had similar symptoms as me with panic disorder.

Thank you Jen. I just started crying when I got your message. I am new here. I have never met anyone else with panic disorder. It is somehow comforting to know that there are other people like me. Is there anyway to friend other people on this app?
