Living with Depression, BDD, Excoriation Disorder, and ADHD

Hello! I've had symptoms of depression and BDD since I was 12 or 13 but didn't get diagnosed until I was 21. I also deal with excoriation disorder and Adhd, and in the past, self harm and suicidality. I've tried most available medications over the years and have done so much therapy, including therapy from hell that made things worse. It took me 10 years to finish my B.S. due to all the mental health leave of absences I had to take. I'm now 32. I've survived multiple abusive relationships and had a rather traumatic past.
