I’ve had major depressive disorder since I was 16 and now I’m 29. I’ve been going through a really hard time after the end of a second engagement in 5 years. I don’t want to depend on others for my happiness but I felt abandoned, thrown out and damaged. I’ve been shifting between feeling numbness and sorrow. I feel I will never be good enough and never have the future I desire.
