I like getting myself treats like the little apple sauce packets that are like capri suns 😌

Watching cartoons while eating cereal, doodling/scribbling, or singing!

My bf and I like to spend time together by watching YouTube. Sometimes we do things separately but in the same room so I know he is there if I need him. Also once a week we get together with my parents and have a game night. Anything to get us all to laugh and our minds off reality because we are all going through hard times and just need each other.

My personal favorite is geocaching. Big hunt and gets you outdoors and in nature. Some even in the city

Agree with @Kaori! For short term coping I have one of those edamame squeeze fidget toys on my keys I'll play with

Puzzles are always fun, so are multiplayer video games. I also like having dessert nights, where dinner is a buffet of your favorite desserts
