Does anyone else use age regression as a coping mechanism? Or are you a caregiver? Please no hate. If you don’t understand then ask questions.

I have many friends who use age regression as a coping mechanism and it’s totally fine to do if you’re in the right environment. Just make sure you’re in a place where you feel safe or it will make things worse instead of better!

Please explain age regression. I’ve never heard this term but think maybe I do it.

I do little space and age regression!!!! I do have a caregiver and am also in a bdsm dynamic with my caregiver and dom! It’s truly helpful and especially on my bad days with pain and nausea and he helps putting me there!

Also I am a caregiver for a few of them and I quite enjoy it personally but that’s a personal preference
