      I age regress myself, I collect stuffed animals and cuddle with them when I'm feeling overwhelmed and curl up with my blanket and some cartoons

      I personally age regress, which my therapist said is a good way to cope as well. I can get my mind off of everything and just be at peace by watching cartoons and playing simple games. I also meditate, but I find it difficult to remember to do it when I'm having a breakdown, so I'm still finding other ways of coping as well!

      Talking it out with friends who can offer words of encouragement. I’m going through major work stress and anxiety. Losing sleep and on edge. Friends have helped by giving constructive feedback.
