how do i recover from the fatigue of trauma work? my anxiety is at an all time high & i’m struggling to keep up with my thoughts. i had therapy today, cried and dissociated & my psychiatrist appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks. how do i take care of myself?

      Meditate(with or without instrumental music) I'd research it's benefits of meditation instead of getting the info from someone like me since there a lot to list, make healthy eating choices, sleep well. Bare with me aries it'll be okay!!

      for me , i at least try to take a shower everyday and brush my teeth and wash my face before my shower so my personal hygiene is taken care of all in one . i have a lengthy shower routine but i usually just cut it short when i’m low . and all of it takes 15-30 minutes and then i’ll go sulk in my room
