I take a treat yo self day— I take off early on Friday and I spend that 3 day weekend exclusively doing things that recharge me. absolutely nothing draining. no chores, no ongoing house projects, no work calls or emails. three days of music, meditation, sleeping in, being outside, etc. I feel so much better— and way less exhausted— come Monday morning

Meditation and taking an actual day off works for me. I like to take Saturday mornings to turn off my phone and listen to some music and just zone out. Whatever coping mechanism works for you ❤️

i generally watch tv or youtube or something if i can and just decompress and if you can’t do exactly that, to just try and leave the situation that’s exhausting you(although i know that easier said than done)
