      @Lynda76 , you need sodium if you are taking high blood pressure medication. Have blood tests to track sodium levels.

      Reducing salt don't add salt to your food spice with Mrs dash ..look at all your labels even what you drink stay away from. Gatorades šŸ™„ would think how much salt in them ...

      I don't have high blood pressure, I just worked for a doctor before that recommended the diet

      It limits sodium to 2300mg a day and calories to about 2000 a day.
