    Having structure in my life definitely helps my depression, but I also suck at creating structure for myself. Also forcing myself to be social instead if isolating and I am in therapy and have an art therapist which helps me a lot because I can use art as an outlet. There are loads of coping skills you can try too to see what works. I found DBT, CBT, and somatic therapy helpful.
