It's a journey to discover what works for you! I personally microdose and toke throughout the day when needed. Obviously a routine is important and so is getting enough sleep and spending time in the sunlight. I live in the northwest and it gets really dark so I take vitamin d and try to wake up earlier so that at the very least, light streams in through my window. There is also a free app I love called Finch that tracks mood and motivation by asking you right when you open the app and gives you daily prompts and exercises all while growing a cute bird with the energy you put in. Your bird goes on daily adventures and comes back with something to chat about that is usually a great reflective tool c: Hope that helps ❤️

I concur micro dosing is a great alternative and helps reduce the frequency and intensity of either manic or depressive episode I may have.
